Transportation Details for Next School Year

2026/2027 School Year

Starting on June 1st, 2026, families will be able to view their child(ren)'s transportation assignments for September 2026 through the RCJTC Parent Portal. Ensure that you have selected the 2026/2027 school year at the bottom of the screen to see the new transportation assignment details.

Please note that stop times may change over the summer months and families are encouraged to confirm these details in late August before the first day of school. If you have any concerns regarding a bus stop location, please reach out to the RCJTC Team as soon as possible so that we may review the location's suitability accordingly.

Updating Contact Information With Your Child's School

All student profile information, including addresses and contact details, is maintained by your child's school.  As such, families must contact their child's school directly with requests for new registrations, school change, address change, sitter change, email address updates, etc. Each school day, updated student profile information is securely sent to the RCJTC in order to assign busing to eligible pupils.

In addition, RCJTC Parent Portal accounts are connected to the email addresses that their family has shared with the school so keeping these up-to-date will ensure that your access to the Parent Portal is successful.

Fact Sheets are provided for each school served by the RCJTC and its operators including information on the percentage of bused students, average ride time, average ride distance, and route lists.

The Deep River Family of Schools is comprised of four (4) schools that are served by RCJTC operators and includes transportation for approximately 500 students.

The Petawawa Family of Schools is comprised of six (6) schools that are served by RCJTC operators and includes transportation for approximately 1,100 students.

The Pembroke Family of Schools is comprised of eleven (11) schools that are served by RCJTC operators and includes transportation for approximately 2,600 students.

The Madawaska Family of Schools is comprised of eight (8) schools that are served by RCJTC operators and includes transportation for approximately 700 students.

The Opeongo Family of Schools is comprised of five (5) schools that are served by RCJTC operators and includes transportation for approximately 1,150 students.

The Renfrew Family of Schools is comprised of ten (10) schools that are served by RCJTC operators and includes transportation for approximately 1,300 students.

The Arnprior Family of Schools is comprised of four (4) schools that are served by RCJTC operators and includes transportation for approximately 1,600 students.
